We appointed Martin and Co Aberdeen last year after consulting with several letting agents. Maxine (branch manager) was very clear about contract options and very enthusiastic. Since then Juliet has managed our property, answering our e-mails very quickly and dealing with us and our tenants in a professional manner while ensuring certification is kept in order. Kelly has sourced our tenants, arranging viewings and keeping us updated throughout the process, we were never wondering what stage we were at.
