I have been renting a flatshare through NWA for 5 month now. First they seemed very nice, but after I signed they stoped answering email and phone calls. The flat I rented a room in had som problems. This carried out for 2 month, and the other tenants and me wanted some refund. NWA just didn´t care that we lived in terrible conditions. I got help from my insurance to try to get a agreement, men soon they stoped answering the phone calls and the emails. And when they first said they wanted to work this out, they suddenly changed that they could not do anything. Then on my last week in London, I tried to get some answers on the deposit, and how to give back the keys. I tried 3 different emails, no answer ( even tho I saw they read the mail, through the confirm it has been delivered and read) One day I was at the office, the manager was sitting in the middle of the office and yelling and threatening a other customer over the phone. I would tread carefully with this agency, try to avoid them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They don´t care. They do not want to help their customers

Jun 23, 2013Dear all agent we believe that anyone can publish a review in this way affect business in uk and this is unfair, genuines reviews need to be left whit a prove of the stay on the property and before published must be check the genuinity, otherwise is very easy to discriminate peoples around our company tranding for ten years now and of course we cannot be pretty for everybody but there is a big difference of one honest tenant or landlords that respect them duty and some horrible peoples that things that because the pay some money peoples are them slaves we serve peoples but we are nobody slaves so before people can publish reviewes they should be checked

This company is a fraudulent, run by brainless thieves, they should all be deported back to where they came from. Paid �1550 for rent and deposit and demanded a refund after the contract wasn't fulfilled, wasn't even given the keys to the property, and still waiting for the money. I am seeking... TERRIBLE in every possible way. If you are looking to deal people trying to screw you like the did me, then look no further. I give my property to this agent they maybe not the best English speaker but I save a lots of money compare to other agent they charge me a full management of 7% and I receive my rent every fridays after the due date I will like to leave my review because I think that they deserve a little more ... The worst estate agent I've ever had to deal with!! Every single months payment is late, I have to send 10-12 emails and text message every month and fight in order to get the rent money owed to me.
