We decided to put our property on the market for the 3rd time in 5 years, the ehthusiasm and proffesionalism from the team at the Carsons branch in Bracknell was and still is second to none, out house was under offer within 10 days of going to market, on our previous attempts to sell our property we had not even received an offer.
The staff were always very helpful and honest and listened to our needs and requirements, we had experienced with previos agents that we had many, many viewings but a lot of the people they sent around the house were not suitable but it looked good for the agents statistics, Carsons in Bracknell however fully vetted the applicants for suitability before ensuring a suitable, mutual time was agreed for a viweing. In addition a member of the team from teh Bracknell branch always arrived prior to the agreed time, ensured that everything was in order and got a complete history of the property and asked questions that would be relevant to the people viewing.
All in all an excellant service that is certainly value for money and exteremlely competative compared with there peers in this sector.
