Branch staff are professional, friendly . Sally in Lettings was extremely helpful and very professional. Being an ex estate agent owner it was as it should be.
My only criticism is perhaps on viewing the property ie princess court the member of staff should go into more details about the property itself. ie laundry room, communal lounge area, bin store even if it is only verbal. We had to ask the cleaner to show us around these areas.
A tenant is just as important as a prospective purchaser.
