I contacted Patrick Williams Ltd after a recommendation from a local architect. Jacob Felix attended the property very promptly and was very knowledgeable about the area. The sale was handled by Alison. I found her very efficient and was always easy to contact. She was also very good at sorting out a couple of problems that presented themselves during the transaction. I would definitley recommend after the excellent service I received from them.
