Terrible service, take months to do anything and when you question they ignore you and become aggressive.
Absolute shambles of a company, Duncan the manager is rude, arrogant and treats you like an employee not a client, they take a large service fee for no service at all and are absolutely useless.
Their fees are extortionate and not of market rate whatsoever and when you ask for breakdowns they purposely send it in confusing formats in order to confuse you to agree to paying lots of hidden charges....In short, cowboys!

Dear George

Sadden to see such a misrepresentation of our hard working firm, the volume of emails received to and from you dont bare out your comments, in addition we have had office meetings, revised accounts as requested and breakdowns of all costs. Sometimes we cannot return calls immediately as we are not physically in the office, sorry. Our fees are totally representative of Scarborough and very reasonable in comparison to city & national firms.

In 2013 we reviewed Walker Landray who was managing agent for our flats. As this over 3 years ago & not relevant now, please can this review be removed. We do not know the email address we registered for this review. ...
