Such a different experience compared to the "service" provided by other agencies. Sally immediately builds a rapport with you that makes you feel like you are being treated like a person rather than a number. In addition she was always quick to respond to queries/ questions personally even when I sent multiple emails in a day and probably should have directed some to her colleagues.
Overall, Sally made the entire process of moving much easier, taking a lot of the stress out of it -she is a credit to the company.
