Yet again the team at Park Row Properties exceed expectations!! Multiple viewings , multiple offers , offers in excess of the asking price. Sold within days , excellent service , assisted viewings , answer emails and phone calls days , weekends , even Sunday evenings , regardless when the office is open , the team in goole and Selby are always on duty to get your property sold quickly at the right price ( and more ) . I listed my property with Park Row whilst working abroad and it's all managed , sold and completed before I've managed to get home. Didn't even need to be there !! Used them multiple times , and will use them again . For any seller , don't focus on the % fee , it may seem higher , but I've found it's always been covered by the price gained on the sale Thanks guys , 5 stars every time

It’s really great to get a review for yourself & Damien, this is the third property that you’ve sold with Park Row and there must be a reason why you always return to us.
We know we’re not the cheapest Agent out there but as you know, you get what you pay for!
Any Agent can sell a property, the real skill is to get the best price!

Many Estate Agents deliberately over value to win the property onto the market (as the agent can receive a ‘listing bonus.’

Some agents talk a very good game but once the contract is signed and they’ve got the listing, their promises often don’t materialize.
We’ve built our company on recommendation and it’s one of the reasons we continue to win the ‘Best Estate Agent Awards’ year after year.

As you’ve mentioned in your review Park Row are not the cheapest Agents out there, but when our clients complete on their sale, they tell us that they now can see the difference between our service and that of cheaper Agents and they’ve often ended up with a higher sale price than they thought they would get, which in turn pays the extra fee and leaves them with more money in their pocket!
I can remember the first property we sold for you, it was already on the market with another Agent and had been for months.
You changed over to Park Row and we sold it for a higher price than the previous Agent had it on for!
