We recently purchased a house through Caroline Ferris at the Minehead office of Greenslade Taylor Hunt, after pulling out of a different property listed with them. Caroline kept in touch and suggested potential properties, being proactive but sensitive to our circumstances and timeframes. Each time we visited the property, she let us have plenty of time to look around and get a feel for the place, even offering to meet us on her day off. While Caroline was clear that she was working for the seller, we felt very well supported and guided by her. She helped with local recommendations and kept in touch to keep momentum moving on the purchase. There were a number of people in the chain, and Caroline was very helpful in trying the help sort out issues and make sure that the purchase went ahead, keeping us in the loop at every stage. I haven’t met another agent who is as proactive and helpful, and genuinely caring about the people involved. Thank you for helping during what is a difficult and stressful process! Katie Jo, who works in the Minehead office, was also very helpful.
