Pam was professional and helpful from the outset. She listened to what we wanted and very sensibly eliminated properties that were not going to be suitable. We had registered with or visited several other agents in Hitchin and most of them just gave us a list of all they had - ignoring any specific requests we had as to size, location etc.
Pam was extremely helpful and friendly to deal with - she attended to all our requests immediately and as we only had one week in the UK in which to find, and finalise all the details we were delighted that she made it all happen, and worked well between us and the landlord to resolve issues.
Country Properties can be very pleased to have such a professional and efficient member of their team
