I have been a landlord with Belvoir Welwyn since 2008. In those 15 years, I can say wholeheartedly Belvoir have always acted with integrity, have been reliable and have been communicative. With property and tenants of course there are issues from time to time but Belvoir have generally handled all situations with care and attention - looking out for my interests as well as the tenants.
This service been super-charged even more since Carlie started administering my property. I have founded Carlie to be an excellent property manager, diligent, communicative, thorough and to go the extra mile - despite no doubt being very busy. Thank you Carlie for your efforts!
