So we sod our house , and purchased a new build which was due for completion on the 31st of January, unfortunately the new build was/ has been delayed. As the arrangements were for us to move out by the 31st so the new owners could move in, we were in a desperate situation.
We realised we were going to have to rent for 3 to 4 months. We didn't want to move out of the area we didn't want a long tenancy agreement, infact we were looking for a very short agreement.
Our biggest concern was we only a few weeks and it was approaching Christmas.
We started to seek help through various letting agents asking friends even considering moving out of the area as we were desperate.
I phone Eastham & Co why I never phoned them earlier i don't know. I spoke to Laura, how refreshing to be able to listen to someone who wants to understand your situation, how your feeling. She asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood our predicament, and what we wanted.
Incredibly professional polite friendly and understanding. We were shocked , totally shocked to find out in less than 24hours that she had found a property for in the same area better still 2 minutes away. Short term as we had hoped for. She really is a god send .
Chloe showed us the property the next day equally friendly thorough and professional. We were able to get our tenancy agreement sorted within a couple of days before Laura went on her Christmas break.
On behalf of my wife and myself thank you so much guys. The house is also beautiful cosy and clean, the landlady is also awesome
