Easthams as a whole have been extremely professional and transparent from the first call, throughout the application process, the move in process and they continue to be. It is hands on heart the best letting agent I've ever rented from. Everything was done online in terms of forms, documentation etc which has made the process so smooth and easy. Olivia has been so amazing from the start, she has made herself available to answer all my questions and to make sure that our application is accepted. Has acted as a bridge between myself and the landlady and I know how much back and forth she has had to do in one day but despite that she has remained so friendly and positive. The responses were almost immediate whether I was querying via email or phone. I have also collaborated with Laura who was as great. I can appreciate how busy she was, however anything that I needed help with was actioned pretty much immediately and has been a great help in making sure my references are cleared on time. I also want to mention Alison and Louise whom I have briefly dealth with and they have been as amazing, as well as Mike who has been super helpful during the viewings. Overall such a friendly but professional team that has kept me informed every step of the way and have gone the extra mile to ensure a successful collaboration. I couldn't praise them enough!
