I recently worked with Paul in order to rent a new property and I have to say, he exceeded my expectations in every way. From our first meeting, he was professional, and knowledgeable and had a clear plan for how we would rent the property. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision we made. We had problems with our previous landlord and I could not expect him to be more helpful - mentally, personally touch and even legally advice given in our situation.
One thing that really stood out to me was how responsive he was. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was always quick to respond and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of and that the sale was moving along smoothly.
What I appreciated most about working with Paul were his honesty and transparency. He was always upfront with me about what I could expect and never made any false promises or guarantees. This level of integrity is hard to come by in the real estate industry, and it was refreshing to work with someone who truly had my best interests at heart.
