Anita was brilliant in getting our viewings in order and starting our purchase journey. Following this, Angie took the lead and was so amazing throughout the process. She constantly kept us up to date with everything and acted as our advocate when we were not receiving proper, sufficient information. She recognised we weren't familiar with the process as first time buyers and so kind and patient with us. I don't think we'd have a completion date without her - thank you so much!

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
