We sold my mother-in-law's house in Lincoln with Starkey and Brown and we were all extremely impressed by how efficient and professional they were throughout. It was a tricky sale for a number of reasons and we all live away from the property, but Starkey and Brown handled the valuation, viewings, queries and negotiations brilliantly. We were particularly impressed by the Sales Progressor, Angie Powell. We don't sell houses every day and having someone to explain the procedure, and who knew the solicitors by their first names was invaluable.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
