Avoid them as far as you possibly can! All the other bad reviews I read on here made me smile, because it made me realise I am not the only one who has trouble dealing with them. It is all true.
They are friendly until you sign the contract, then you realise how rude and unhelpful they are. They don't request a date for the 3 monthly inspections (which is a waste of time) they tell you, and they just let themselves in. It is like living in a hostel! I reported some things that needs fixing and was transfered from the one dept. to the next. Nothing has been done about it until now. They are always busy, and never phone you back either.

For starters they never sent us an inventory so after the third month we stopped asking. The shower in the property leaked so they sent 5 different people out to fix it and every time they sent some idiots who had no idea what they were ...

Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.
