The only way to fight Moreland is to form tenants associations so that we then have the right to demand to see quotes and receipts.

Most lenders will now not offer mortgages due to excessive service charges and the high % of non owner occupied flats in each development.

If you do nothing you may have a death til you part relationship with Moreland or they may raise the service charges so high that your flat may be seized for non payment.
Maybe you'll sit back and wait for the Government to step in.

Please email me so that we can work together.
