Avoid at all costs.
Galbraith ayr use contractors who will come into your property and lie about events that take place. Their complaints procedure is a joke. After waiting 28 days for a response to complaint which contained at least 4 serious concerns all supported by clear evidence of wrongdoing they send back one paragraph which amounted to “we are sorry you feel that way”. Worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!

Unwilling to do repairs. When repairs are done marjory tells the repair person to say it was the tenants fault so the tenant has to pay. The staff are rude, evasive and ignorant. Tryed to say we were behind on rent too but we weren't. ...
