Kimberley was a 5 star act and sold our house as if it was hers. She spent over an hour in the first meeting with us explaining clearly with honest, realistic expectations of how our property would be marketed. Kimberley was in regular contact over arranging marketing photos and viewings. We received two offers within days of going live. We can't recommend Kimberley and the Beresfords Team highly enough.
