After a terrible experience with a high profile Solicitor/Estate Agent in Edinburgh I happened to come across MacWood via referral. From my very first interaction with Cherlyn and the team until the sale of my property my expectations were more than exceeded. As an Australian selling my flat in the UK, Cherlyn went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible which was all down to her communication. On top of all that, she managed to obtain a price for me that also surpassed my expectations. My best advice for anyone wishing to deal with MacWood is to go with Cherlyn's advice! I spent money on staging and some other cosmetic upgrades to my flat and I believe that made all the difference at sale time. 10 stars if I could for MacWood.
