I have nothing but good things to say about Matthews estate agents , especially Deborah who we dealt with throughout. From the free valuation we were given to the very efficient and professional process of putting it on the market and sale , we have felt extremely well looked after. Deborah's obvious experience in the field made for a quick and well negotiated sale and when things started to falter because of the other side of the chain ( a different estates agent) she intervened with our blessing and essentially kept the whole chain afloat. The personal approach was very much appreciated with regular and out of hours contact as well as advice and support . Having dealt with other estate agents and having had a poor experience the fees are certainly worth it with Deborah and Matthews. Even after the completion of sale there has been ongoing support. I would highly recommend Matthews and we are very grateful that we went with them.
