We have recently used Sears for the sale of our house, and they were also the estate agent responsible for our onward purchase too.
Oliver was responsible for the sale of our house, he is very knowledgable about the local housing market and also clearly understood potential buyers wants/needs as he was able to identify a buyer for our property relatively quickly. He conducted our viewings very professionally and was always available to provide updates.
Gabriella was assigned as our transaction support contact once we had a sale agreed on our property and also for our onward purchase. She worked tirelessly alongside our buyers and sellers solicitors to keep everything on track. She provided us with weekly updates at a minimum, but mostly updated us in real time so we always knew exactly where we were within the process and could have some estimated timelines to work with.
We felt very supported by everyone at Sears and would definitely recommend them to everyone!
