I've been with Martin&Co about 6 months now. Since that time I had few issues in property that have been solved very fast. The communication is great and fast. I am very happy with the estate agent! Thanks Maria for the fast resolution of my issues.

The fees are pricey but they are everywhere else too. They made sure that we would be successful before asking us to make a payment after we were stung at another letting agency

We gave Martin and co 8 weeks notice of our intention not to renew. Our landlady then informed them of the instruction to re-advertise. More considerate and communicative where appropriate. I.E where the tenants are being as helpful as possible, return the favour. Apologise when they have made a mistake.
