We recently viewed two properties with Lydia and were very impressed at the way she had prepared for the visits, giving us appropriate information and listening carefully to our questions. She asked for our feedback on each property in real time and provided supplementary information when appropriate. We were particularly impressed at the way she anticipated questions (for example, one of the properties had been extended and she had all the information at hand regarding the building regs etc). It was a pleasure meeting Lydia and were very impressed by her demeanour and professional approach.
