It was a real delight to deal with Rosewood Property. They are professional, efficient, great with communication but most importantly for me they are approachable and friendly. With so much online these days it was lovely to have the perfect balance with Rosewood, the paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently online but to be able to meet in person and put a face to a name is important; the personal touch is so often lost these days and it's very difficult to get an idea of who somebody is purely via an online presence.
Thank you for all your help and getting me into my rented property within the space of 24 hours. Fantastic.
