The whole team at S&B were amazing with the sale of my mum's property. Complicated background and I needed as quick a sale as possible and the team handled the whole sale with professionalism, diligence and sensitivity. The feedback and keeping in touch was spot on - regular updates by phone and email, nothing was too much trouble, and you really got the feeling that they are fighting your corner. Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
