Rayners have been looking after my Mum’s 2 Hackney flats for over 20 years. She is now elderly so I have taking over for her. I have been so impressed with them. They are a delight to deal with. They know their business and the area like the backs of their hands, so their advice was always invaluable to me as I don’t live close by. They return calls promptly and always explain things clearly (in a cheerful voice). Nothing is too much trouble. They are scrupulously fair and honest and I would recommend them unreservedly.
