Hemmings Hanlon Clark came recomended from my wifes friend so we decided to give them a call having researched various agents in the town. We were looking for a number of key atributes for choosing a letting agent including efficency, flexability,reliability and property turnaround (i.e how long does a properyt sit empty befoe a tennant is found) as we required a quick turn around with our property having just purchased a house. In calling HHC, Donna came out and was very informative, clear, and ensure we understood what our options were (with no obligation ) before proceeding. My wife and I were apprehensive about letting and becoming landlords however it was clear Donna has an indepth knowledge of the letting/property business and could also answer any questions so put our minds at ease. Having also chose the full management package (1 of 2 options) HHC handled all administration in relation to the property which ensured from start to finish, the process was smooth, efficent and taken care of by the team. Within 2 weeks, we had our tennant and once the agreement had been signed, Donna went to our property and took a full pictorial inventory and detailed its condition.This was then sent to us for approval to ensure we were were happy with this and nothing had been missed before agreeing a move in date. HHC also provided valuable input as to the tennants that were "applying" and full indepth checks were carried out which further put our minds at rest. 5 months on, we have not had a concerning call regarding our property and our tennant is excellent. Over the past few months, I have been dealing with Stephanie who is extremely helpful, knowledgable and it is clear she always commited to providing a high standard of service to further cement HHC's commitment as professional, reliable and not to mention, friendly letting agents. I would reccoment HHC to anyone who is looking to rent their property.

What agent could do to change your mind?
After a year of one to many problems with the agent there was nothing they could have done. Also they were unwilling to improve and would advise that certain staff would benefit from training in customer relations.
