Matt and his team were fantastic from initial valuation through to final sale. We had previously purchased our home through Venditum and were so impressed by their professionalism that they were our first choice when we came to sell.
That was a good decision as Matt was very supportive and always gave us sound guidance and advice. We could not have been more pleased with Venditum and would gladly recommend to anyone.

Very sorry to hear, two and half years after the property completed, that Mr Dow felt pressurised to complete, the situation with chains is always very difficult as there are so many different agendas/timescales, which can naturally cause additional stress. One of our roles is to pass the clear facts onto the parties involved in our transaction to hopefully ensure a positive conclusion, I am sorry Mr Dow feels this showed a lack of respect. ...

Moving home is a very stressful thing to do, anyone who has done it will contest to this for sure.
Venditum were the agents on our purchase and cannot express how much help they were in the whole process.
Matt, Carolyn, Ted and David were very helpful and proactive throughout what was quite a slow purchase for one reason and another - outside their control.
If I ever move again I would not hesitate to list the house with them. ...
