We bought our house with I am Sold in December of 2022 and had we not wanted this house, we would not have touched the company with a barge pole. We paid £12,000 for this 'fast turn over of 28 days' which ended up taking almost double the time they aim for. Given this was the sellers fault due to missing documents, I am sold should have checked this before taking them up as a client. Julia, who was handling our case, would be incredibly slow to respond and very unhelpful with our increasingly stressful house purchase. I logged a complaint and they offered me an insulting £100, as a 'gesture of goodwill'. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to pay huge fees for appalling service.

Thanks for your reply. But why using viewers names to make money. You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties. You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that. This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors. Agency have to inform the viewers about that black list. ...
