Our recent experience of selling and purchasing another house was made a lot easier by the team at Pilkington Estate Agents, I am a bit of a control freak but nothing phased them, all my questions were answered. It's definitely worth having the same estate agent for selling and buying its so much easier everything in one place. Cuts down on phone calls.
