My wife and I recently sold our apartment in Southport and chose Karen Potter and her team as our agents. We both found all the team to be professional, efficient, calm, knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and supportive and they all helped make what turned out to be a longer-than-expected selling process (that had more than a few hiccups) as stress-free as possible.
They responded to any queries promptly and kept us informed of progress, set-backs and developments at all times. We had a few time-wasters and failed sales but Karen and her team worked extremely hard to maintain the momentum, and our enthusiasm. Never once did we wonder what the position was as Jacqui, Jess, Sue, Anna and others gave us frequent updates and sound advice. We certainly got the impression that they were fighting our corner.
We cannot thank Karen and her team enough for their hard work in progressing our sale and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.
