15 years of renting and owning property in the UK and I have never come across a company as bad as Leaders.
Please note that my issues were not with a single individual or a branch, it has been with the company as a whole in the UK.
From top to bottom, Leaders have been nothing but disappointing, unprofessional, ignorant and the negative adjectives could go on forever.
Unfortunately, I am unable to mention one positive experience or thing this company and its individuals have done.
In particular their Cambridge branch and their property maintenance team.
Nothing but negligence, lies, deceit, excuses and ignorance from them.

The amount of examples I could give to their unprofessional approach to business is too long to list. From agents, to team leaders and even their head of staff for the property maintenance side of the business (I am speaking of Bertie).

I've removed any and all association with this business and suggest others do the same. It took me only 4 months to break every contract with them with threats of legal action and I can only hope other individuals and/or families do not have to go through the things I went through with them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
