What a complete joke. I tried to sell my property with them however they played me off against another property exactly the same for a higher sale price.
I then agreed to let with them even though I had done this for over 10 years. I am shocked by their total incompetence. They are not even replying to my e-mails. Do NOT use these thieves.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
