Hannells were swift to advertise my property once I had signed with them, the marketing was excellent, they were able to show round potential buyers quickly and managed to get us a reasonably quick sale. This part was excellent and could not have asked more from.
The only reason for this not being a five star review is that I would often receive emails from different people in the team, and it became confusing who I was dealing with. When we signed up with a Sam, we were led to believe he would be leading the sale, but I never spoke to him again. Whilst Eve, Laura, Sarah were all absolutely lovely, polite and knowledgeable, I wasn't sure each time who I should be talking to when I called the office and sometimes emails would cross over from their office stating different things, which made it a bit confusing. It would have been better for Hannells to have told me from the start which was my lead contact, or to co-ordinate themselves so that I would not receive opposing emails - e.g. offers lower than I've already received.
