CPM manage a building in which I own a flat. There have been ongoing issues with water ingress and Emma, who has more recently joined the company, has been absolutely brilliant at trying to get the problem resolved. She has been great at keeping myself and my tenant in the loop and I really feel that she has our best interests at heart. The issue is still to be fixed but I wanted to recognise the sterling job that Emma is doing.
