5 stars is not enough to give to Rochelle and Gemma. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal.
As a first time buyer, the conveyancing process was anxiety provoking for me.
Rochelle and Gemma were on hand to answer any questions I had. They also gave me reassurance throughout the duration of the conveyancing process, as at times I was anxious about delays to the process, that were beyond my control.
Rochelle and Gemma provided me with regular updates regarding the purchase.
Furthermore, they liaised with the seller on my behalf, about any specific questions I had regarding the property.
Rochelle and Gemma are professional, friendly, polite, proactive and they have great listening skills.
Rochelle and Gemma understand that clients can sometimes be anxious about buying or selling property, so they endeavour to build a good rapport with clients to ensure a smooth transition of a property with no issues for the buyer or seller.
