I do not think Martin and Co will take any criticism because they don't care. They are so rude it is shocking. Never have i seen such appalling customer service in my life. I wish i could get out of the contract i have with them. Its been lies right from the start.

To be fair M&C, at my viewing your guy A was 15 minutes late. He then said very nasty things about the previous tenants of the flat which seemed to us very unprofessional.

Also our phone calls were answered in obnoxious manner and we never received phone call that we were promised.

That put us off the agency straight away. I hope you can take these criticism on board and improve service.

We have phone records that clearly show the gentleman above was contacted and he was asked to confirm his appointment as part of our security procedures. He never did so.

Contrary to the comment above, a second viewing was booked for the gentleman but once again he failed to confirm his appointment. However, our representative still went to the appointment as the applicant had been insistent in his wish to see the apartment again. He was called in the morning (failed to respond), called again whilst our representative waited outside the apartment (again failed to respond) and, due to this lack of response, we left the apartment after ten minutes of waiting. The gentleman in question then called our office in a very unapologetic fashion considering he had been over ten minutes late for his appointment. Due to the busy nature of our diary we couldn't accommodate another appointment that day. Subsequently the applicant has e-mailed us twice and been offered further appointments but has failed to acknowledge this offer.

Perhaps if I was given the opportunity to rate this applicants version of the truth I might be able to give him one star as well!!
