Initial property valuation found to be low to mid point of all valuations. The agent made this a simple and straight forward process to achieve a realistic recommended selling price. Promoting / advertising the property appeared smoothly handled by the office team with good feedback throughout. Sales team, in this difficult market, may have appeared a little too eager with an initial low bid, but did pursue and obtain a bid near the asking price.
Patience prevailed resulting in a successful bid at the minimum asking price, subject to contract. Thank you to all involved, fingers crossed we progress to completion.
