I'm very happy with the service delivered by Kai, everything was handled by him and he kept me informed all through the different stages of the process, any changes I did suggest were dealt with quickly and efficiently, so I felt throughout the process my house sale was in safe hands. The fact that the viewings are done for you is a great bonus. The online system they use to arrange everything is great and it keeps you upto date with viewings/offers etc.
