The Bernards team have been FANTASTIC. I've had experience with other estate agents in the Portsmouth area but Bernards are simply next level with their service. When the process has been stressful due to other parties, Gemma's stepped in and got things moving again. On the mortgage side, Luke's so 'on it' and nudged us along at the right times given the increasing rates, and offered plenty of help & guidance. If I were to ever move again, I'd use Bernards without hesitation.
