On this occasion Sophie Barnett secured the sale by keeping good contact with the purchasers after viewings and Angie Powell tenaciously followed up the purchasers, mortgage lenders and solicitors until the sale was successfully completed. Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
