One is forewarned that buying and selling property in which to live in is quite often stressful and a stress buster in the form of a friend is a much needed asset. My wife and I have just experienced the worst excesses of that forewarning, and as a leaving gift to all about to enter the affray, take my advice and experience the asset we had through choosing a good agent. That agent was Haarts of Bury St Edmunds ably led by an affable and professional Branch Manager/Team Leader. She, who goes by the name of Mel [Melanie], forever cheerful, approachable and knowledgeable was that friend and not just a company executive, was an excellent communicator and manifestly her approach to business had been acquired by her staff all of whom were willing helpers, especially Justine. Haarts are above all else an excellent team which in this business is an asset in itself. It is a prerequisite and it makes itself known as soon as their 'phone rings, or in the speed of handling emails and other electronic systems so wait times for crucial answers are minimised, and it's all done with good manners and courtesy. Take my advice and go Haarts Bury St Edmunds, to lessen that stress.
