As renting was new to me, I was extremely concerned about the process and apprehensive about contacting the agents with so little knowledge. Since the moment that Hornchurch letting contacting me in regards to the property I felt at ease and they were incredibly fast on response and came across very organised which is something I had failed to have when expressing interest with other agencies.
Throughout the process , staff have been supportive and genuinely showed a personal approach.
I have recieved very good service from Abby Johnson, at the Hornchurch branch directly Lauren, Karen and Gabby have all been so helpful. Karen in particular was there to answer every question I had without it seeming like I was troubling her at all.
Highly recommend the process and agency.
