Rang 4 times on a Saturday afternoon, just gone under offer ourselves so anxious to arrange some viewings. No answer from branch each time we called (prime time Saturdays??), chose not to leave an answerphone message instead kept trying until got an answer, which I eventually did, I asked if a particular house was still available, he said yes, and said would call back as he was busy - I could tell he would not from his voice (not interested in the slightest) and I was right to think so as they did not ring back. I will consider going and knocking on the vendors doors myself (how else do I arrange to view?) - I would be horrified if I were one of them with that lack of service from their agent!!
