After finding our dream home on Rightmove we booked an appointment to view and from there the homebuyers journey went steadily down hill. Awful customer service, frequently given wrong information and to be completely honest lied to on many occasions. Please avoid using halls you really will be hugely disappointed. I’ve also been told from friends how poor the lettings department is.
