I have been using letting agents for almost 25 years but this company in my opinion is the worst I have ever experienced . They take your management fees but do absolutely nothing whenever there is an issue. They bury issues so that they become worse and then deny accountability even after admitting it is due to their own negligence and incompetence. Their manager Rachel Morton has personally lied to me on several occasions and cannot be trusted to resolve any matter at all. Even her own team are aware of this too. I will certainly avoid using them in the future. They continue to take monthly fees but refuse to do anything for them .
Any letting agents can find a tenant in the current market but if you measure them on their management services, my experience has been terrible. This is why people lose trust with a company that has the word agent in the description……

I have sympathy for you Ranjit. I have been having a similar experience with Rachel Morton - lies, empty promises, failure to act and so on. Luckily, she left Haart yesterday 9th August. To think Haart allowed her to be employed for so long is staggering. Haart need to understand property management is about client service and client communication - they are dealing with people's hard earned assets and children's inheritance. ...
