We were selling our house with a very strict time limit, as our buyer's mortgage offer was about to expire. We had lost time on one property due to that estate agent claiming it was chain free when it wasn't so when we found the next house we were really up against it, except the solicitors at the top of the chain were really dragging their feet. It was an incredibly frustrating situation to say the least but through it all Abdul and his team were our rock.
Apart from knowledge of the market and perseverance, one of Abdul's other key strengths is communication. From the get go when we were shopping for estate agents he was the only one to come fully prepared and know what work we had done to the house. During the period where people were viewing our property he would tell us about the state of the market and how the Government's actions would effect our sale and when we were in a chain, he was the glue that kept all parties informed, so we knew what was done, what was outstanding and more importantly what questions to ask when sale began to stall.
Good news is that we did sell our house and Abdul was a massive help in making this happen. Believe me when I say you want Abdul and his team in your corner as they will fight for you, they will not ignore your calls, they will advise you to the best of their abilities and if they can't give you a solid answer they will find someone who can give a professional prospective.
It is a pleasure and an honour to have worked with Abdul and the Arq team and with my hand on my heart I can recommend them one hundred percent, if you need an estate agent there is no substitute.

Firstly my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you as the neighbour of this property by the rubbish left in the front of this property.
