We engaged Faye and the SBK lettings team in December to fully let and manage a block of four newly development apartments in central Stratford Upon Avon.
The service we have received to date has been second to none, Faye is super on-top of her emails and keeps me fully informed - even outside of work hours, which isn't necessary but is very reassuring from a client perspective.
The support team are equally as proactive and professional.
It's been 3 weeks since we have marketed the apartments and we have already let two of them, we have an influx of interest and SBK have been diligent in selecting appropriate tenants.
So far so good, thanks for your efforts!
